Balcones Texas Rye 100 Proof Whiskey 700ml is an American rye whiskey made with a 100% rye mash bill, including 80% raw Elbon rye sourced from north and northwest Texas, plus crystal, chocolate, and roasted rye varieties. It is distilled in copper pot stills and matured for at least two years in new charred American oak barrels. The whiskey is bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) without chill filtration or added coloring.
