Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@boozetime.com.au. Changes cannot be made once the order has been packed or dispatched.

Billing address changes must be requested immediately. Contact our support team at support@boozetime.com.au for assistance. Once the order is processed, changes may not be possible.

Currently, we only deliver within Australia. We cover all major cities, suburbs, and many regional areas.

Due to alcohol regulations, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@boozetime.com.au with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
