Due to alcohol regulations, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns or replacements are only for damaged, incorrect, or missing items.

• Standard Delivery: 7–10 business days (cost calculated at checkout)
• Express Delivery: 2–3 business days ($30–$40 AUD, varies by location)
  
  All deliveries require an 18+ recipient with valid ID.

The courier may attempt re-delivery or leave instructions for pickup. Unattended deliveries are not allowed. Additional fees may apply if the order is returned.
