Refund, Exchanges & Returns Policy

Returns Eligibility
We accept returns and provide refunds in the following situations:
- Damaged products received during transit.
- Incorrect items supplied.
- Products that do not meet Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Change of Mind
Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and licensing requirements, BoozeTime does not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened or consumed.
- Items not in their original condition.
- Orders without proof of purchase.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Delivery & Compliance Conditions
- The recipient must be 18 years or older.
- Valid photo identification may be required upon delivery.
- Orders cannot be refunded due to failure to provide valid identification.
