Tasting Notes

Nose

Soft aromas of honeyed oak, light caramel, and subtle baking spice. Hints of dried fruit and warm vanilla swirl through, giving the nose an inviting, rounded sweetness.

Palate

Smooth and structured. The first sip brings flavours of toffee, soft spice, toasted wood, and gentle molasses warmth. Mid-palate, expect touches of dried apricot, brown sugar, and a clean rum sweetness that isn’t heavy or syrupy.

Finish
