Waubs Great Southern Reef Single Malt Whisky 500ml is a limited-release Australian whisky matured in ex-Apera Sherry casks and finished in 40-year-old Tawny Port casks. Bottled at 43% ABV, it offers flavors of salted caramel, stewed fruits, orchard fruits like apple and pear, and baking spices. The finish is long and lingering with notes of caramelised apple, pear tarte tatin, and treacle toffee. It supports the Great Southern Reef Foundation and is available only in Australia.
