To comply with Australian liquor laws, alcohol can only be delivered to a person 18 years or older. The recipient may be required to present valid photo identification at the time of delivery. For this reason, we are unable to deliver alcohol to parcel lockers or unattended locations.
For certain deliveries — including new customers with no prior order history or orders to selected regions — a signature may be required, and alcohol cannot be left unattended.
We deliver Australia-wide (with some location restrictions) using trusted courier partners. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, product availability, and the warehouse your order is dispatched from.
BoozeTime Australia supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol and does not encourage excessive consumption. Please drink responsibly.

Here's what you need to know about our delivery process:
Getting Your Order Delivered :
When you place an order with us, we'll make sure it's delivered to the address you provide. We'll do our best to get it to you within the estimated delivery time, but please understand that sometimes delays can happen. If there's a delay or we can't deliver to your address, we'll let you know.
Important Age Check :
Remember, we can only deliver alcohol to adults who are 18 years or older. It's the law, and we take it seriously. When you order, you confirm that you and the person receiving the alcohol are of legal drinking age. If we suspect otherwise, we may not be able to deliver your order.
Someone Must Be There :
To make sure everything goes smoothly, there needs to be someone at the delivery address who's 18 years or older. It's against the law to leave alcohol unattended, so if you're not there to receive it, we might need to reschedule, and there could be extra charges. Please arrange for someone responsible to be available to receive the order.
