Admiral Rodney Princessa Rum 5-7 Year Old 700ml is a premium dark rum from Saint Lucia, aged exclusively in American white oak bourbon casks for between 5 to 7 years. It has a deep mahogany color with aromas of honeyed raisins, vanilla, and tobacco, complemented by hints of apricots, cocoa, and tropical spices. The palate is smooth and well-balanced, featuring flavors of muscovado sugar, crème brûlée, dried fruits, allspice, cloves, and a touch of smokiness. It finishes medium-length with notes of sweet sultanas, dry toasted oak, and a hint of lemon zest, making it excellent for sipping neat or in classic rum cocktails. The rum is bottled at 40% ABV.
