A rare and highly collectible release from Amrut, this Single Cask Oloroso expression is drawn exclusively from Cask #3897 and bottled at a robust 60% ABV. Individually selected and released in limited quantities, it showcases the remarkable influence of Oloroso sherry maturation under India’s intense tropical climate.

The nose is rich and inviting, layered with dark raisins, dried figs, roasted almonds, and warm oak spice. On the palate, it is powerful yet beautifully integrated—delivering waves of dark chocolate, caramelised nuts, sweet sherry richness, leather, and subtle espresso notes. The high strength amplifies its depth and texture, while the finish is long, warming, and luxuriously spiced with lingering dried fruit and oak.
