Cooked agave sits at the centre, supported by notes of vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, and light baking spice from time in barrel. The palate is soft and rounded, with a medium-bodied texture and a clean, warming finish at 40% ABV.

Approachable enough for easy sipping, while still carrying enough depth to work in spirit-forward cocktails.
