Cointreau Orange Liqueur is a renowned French triple sec made from a carefully balanced blend of sweet and bitter orange peels. The production process involves hand-peeling of oranges, drying the peels in the sun for three to five days, and rehydrating them in stills before triple distillation in traditional copper alembics. The distillation extracts the “heart” of the essence, capturing complex aromatic oil without masking any flavour.
