36 Short Single Malt Whisky 500ml is an Australian crafted whisky made from the finest malted barley and water sourced from the distillery's own aquifer. It is matured for over two years in locally sourced charred and shaven Shiraz barrels followed by finishing in ex-Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels. The whisky is bottled at either 40% or 45% ABV depending on the release.
