Its smooth, sweet character is reminiscent of butter toffee and American cream soda, with aromas of oak, pepper, barley, pears, honey, and fruit. The palate delivers notes of butter, oak, spices, barley, caramel, and cinnamon, finishing with spicy oak, citrus, pears, and chocolate.
