Headlands Distilling Company Apera Cask Whisky 700ml is a premium Australian single malt whisky from Wollongong, New South Wales, bottled at 46% ABV. It is matured in oak casks seasoned with 18-year-old Seppeltsfield Rare Rich Apera wine, a fortified wine made from Palomino and Grenache grapes grown in South Australia's Barossa Valley. This gives the whisky a uniquely Australian style reminiscent of a Spanish Oloroso sherry influence.
