J.J. Corry The Flintlock 700ml

J.J. Corry The Flintlock Batch No. 3 700ml is a distinctive Irish whiskey crafted from a carefully selected blend of six single malt ex-Bourbon casks from the same distillery. Aged between 15 and 19 years, each cask was chosen for its individual flavour profile before being blended to capture J.J. Corry's signature juicy fruit character.

The blend was then married in a Moscatel Sherry Butt, adding further complexity and helping harmonise the individual cask flavours. Bottled at 46% ABV, The Flintlock offers a rich and sophisticated Irish whiskey experience suited to sipping neat or with a small splash of water.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Juicy ripe fruit, sweet malt, vanilla, citrus, and delicate sherry influence.

Palate: Rich and fruit-forward with orchard fruits, honey, vanilla, soft spice, and layers of sherry sweetness.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering ripe fruit, gentle spice, and sweet fortified-wine character.
