White Oak Akashi Blended Japanese Whisky 500ml (40% ABV) is a carefully crafted blended whisky from the White Oak (Eigashima) Distillery in Akashi, Japan. It is aged on average for about 3 years and 8 months and is a blend of approximately 35% malt whisky and 65% grain whisky made from wheat and barley. The whisky is matured initially in ex-bourbon American oak casks and then finished in ex-sherry casks, with some expressions also involving Japanese Shochu casks, contributing complexity and depth.
