Caol Ila 2010 Signatory Vintage (700ml, 59.5% ABV) matured 9-10 years in a refill sherry butt, offers tawny color, nose of peat, bonfire smoke, dried figs, strawberry jam, leather, orange marmalade. Palate rich with leather, dried fruits, smoked chocolate, citrus, pepper, ginger. Finish long with gentle smoke and orange notes.
