The Gospel Straight Rye Whiskey 700ml is an Australian rye whiskey distilled from 100% unmalted rye grown on a single farm in the Murray Mallee region of South Australia. It is double distilled and matured for at least two years in charred virgin American oak barrels sourced from Kentucky. Bottled at 45% ABV, it boasts aromas of buttery dark rye bread, vanilla, caramel, sweet spices, and apple. The flavor profile includes caramel vanilla, allspice, clove, pepper, and green apple, finishing with dried red fruit, crème caramel, and woody spices.
