Fair Rum XO 700ml is a premium rum distilled in Belize, ethically sourced and Fairtrade-certified. It is aged for 4 to 6 years in American Bourbon barrels using single-column distillation. Bottled at 40-42% ABV, it delivers a full yet delicate style with a nose of chocolate, coffee, and grilled bananas, and a palate featuring hints of vanilla, chocolate, and pear. The finish is notably smooth and long-lasting, ending with a chocolatey note.
This rum has received multiple accolades, including being ranked among the top 5 best-selling rums by La Maison Du Whisky in 2021 and winning Silver medals from the Beverage Testing Institute (2015) and Rum Fest Paris (2014)
