Fosforo Mezcal Tobala 750ml is an artisanal mezcal produced in Puebla, Mexico, by mezcalero Aarón Alva Sánchez. It is crafted from 100% cultivated Tobala agave (Maguey Potatorum), which takes 8 to 15 years to mature. The agaves are slow-cooked underground for 5 to 8 days, then shredded and naturally fermented for 10 to 14 days in open-air wooden vats before double distillation in copper pot stills.
