Fosforo Mezcal Tobala 750ml is a meticulously crafted artisanal mezcal from Puebla, Mexico, made from 100% cultivated Tobala agave (Maguey Potatorum), which takes 8 to 15 years to mature. The agave is slow-roasted in underground pits for 5 to 8 days, then naturally fermented for 10 to 14 days in open-air wooden vats before being double distilled in copper pot stills. The mezcal is bottled at 45% ABV as a clear, unaged joven mezcal.
