Hirsch "The Bivouac" Straight Bourbon Whiskey 750ml is a small batch Kentucky straight bourbon honoring adventurous, free-spirited exploration. It is a blend of two bourbons—mainly (over 90%) made from a mash bill of 74% corn, 18% rye, and 8% malted barley, and a minor portion of older, high-malted barley bourbon (72% corn, 13% rye, 15% malted barley). The whiskey is distilled in Bardstown, aged in char #4 new American oak, and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV).
