Los Danzantes Mezcal Anejo 750ml

Los Danzantes Mezcal Añejo 750ml is a well-aged mezcal crafted from 100% Espadín agave harvested from semi-wild plants in the central valley of Oaxaca, Mexico. It is produced using traditional artisanal methods including roasting agave in stone-lined wood-fired pits, milling with a horse-drawn tahona, natural fermentation with native yeasts, and double distillation in copper pot stills. The mezcal is then aged for approximately 16 months—70% of the time in American white oak barrels and 30% in French oak barrels.
