The Rum Diary Cocos Nucifera 500ml is a limited-edition, experimental coconut spiced rum from Rum Diary Spiced, under the 'Experimental Kitchen' sub-brand. Only 1000 bottles were produced, each presented at 42% ABV in a 500ml format with a white wax seal and cork stopper.

This release is crafted by infusing aged Caribbean Trinidad rum with coconut through four distinct methods, along with distillates of wattle seed and cacao, resulting in a dry, light, authentic coconut spiced rum. Over 160 coconuts were hand-cracked for the batch, and the rum was chill-filtered for clarity
