Togouchi Sake Cask Finish Japanese Whisky (700ml, 40% ABV) is a unique blended whisky from Sakurao Brewery & Distillery in Hiroshima, Japan. This whisky is aged in bourbon casks and then finished for about three months in casks previously used to mature sake (junmai-shu), a traditional Japanese rice wine. The sake cask finish imparts a delicate balance of sweetness and moderate acidity derived from the white wine and sake influence, with flavors reminiscent of brown sugar and mellow fruity aromas.
